Training modules

A structured path
for digital learning

Step by step, module by module.

Module 01

Foundations of Digital Media Education

Understand, teach, and transform. Explore the impact of media and digital platforms on everyday life and their link to educational goals. Learn to integrate media and digital education in the classroom through applied projects such as content creation, critical analysis of information, and guided debate, strengthening the teacher's role as a trainer of active digital citizenship.

Module 02

Disinformation (information integrity), Data Verification

Acquire practical strategies to teach your students to identify and dismantle disinformation (information integrity): they will learn data verification techniques, use of fact-checking tools, and methods to compare sources, recognise manipulation patterns, and apply these skills in school research and daily life.

Module 03

Algorithms and Artificial Intelligence

Deepen your understanding of how algorithms and Artificial Intelligence influence what we see online, from social networks to search engines. We will analyse inherent AI bias and its impact on information, and give you tools to teach students to critically evaluate content generated or filtered by these technologies. You will also learn to establish clear conditions of use —such as digital responsibility agreements, criteria for selecting automated sources, and teacher-student collaborative projects— that foster a safe, reflective environment for exploring AI in the classroom.

Module 04

Digital Content Production and Citizenship

This module will train you to guide your students in creating responsible, meaningful digital content. We will explore tools for producing text, image, and video, focusing on ethics, respect for intellectual property, and the impact of their messages. We will foster active, constructive participation in the digital space, turning students into conscious, responsible creators.

Module 05

Security, Privacy, and Digital Wellbeing

Learn to address crucial topics such as cybersecurity, personal data protection, and privacy management with your students. You will develop strategies to promote healthy, balanced use of technology, prevent cyberbullying, and foster digital wellbeing that integrates online and offline life.

Module 06

Curricular Integration and Media Education Projects

Discover how to integrate digital media education across subjects and educational levels. We will provide examples of successful projects and guide you in designing practical activities that let your students apply their knowledge, culminating in meaningful projects that demonstrate their digital and media education.
