Precisar is an initiative of Fundación Democracia Abierta, RUT 65.198.517-K, with registered address at Andrés Bello 2711, Of. 801, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile. These terms govern the use of precisar.net, onda.precisar.net and the Onda de Precisar service on WhatsApp.
2. Use of the site and its contents
Precisar content is distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, unless otherwise stated. You may share and adapt it with attribution.
3. Onda de Precisar
Onda de Precisar is a free media-education service that uses artificial intelligence to guide critical reading of messages, news, and digital content. Its answers are indicative, may contain errors, and do not replace professional advice. The service answers only on the topics indicated.
4. Responsible use
It is not permitted to use the services to spread illegal content, impersonate others, harass people, send unsolicited bulk messages, or attempt to breach the security of the systems. We may limit or suspend access in case of uses that infringe these terms.
5. WhatsApp
Use of Onda de Precisar on WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's terms and policies. You can stop receiving messages by writing STOP at any time.
6. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy and in Privacy · Bot Onda.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
